Switching billing type

Switch any agent between metered and flat rate from the dashboard. Takes effect immediately.

• Metered → flat rate — needs an available subscription slot for your agent’s size.
• Flat rate → metered — frees the slot. Hourly billing starts right away.

LLM keys

Platform LLM keys are billed at 1.5x the provider’s cost. Charged separately from compute on the same subscription.

Models: GPT-5.4 (recommended), GPT-5.4 Pro (premium), GPT-4o (budget). Anthropic support is planned.

Usage is tracked per-model at the token level and synced to Stripe automatically. Bring your own key if you’d rather not pay the markup — platform keys are a convenience, not a requirement.

Team billing

Organizations get their own Stripe subscription. All agents and LLM keys under the org bill to the org, not to members’ personal accounts. No per-seat charges.

Payment

Stripe handles everything. You’ll need a payment method on file before creating your first agent.

No free tier. Charges start from the first hour (metered) or subscription creation (flat rate). Manage invoices and payment methods from Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing.
